Sales Surveyor – Eternal Homes Ltd (Based in Morley, Leeds)

Are you a confident communicator with a passion for property and the ability to travel across the UK? Eternal Homes is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, professional Sales Surveyors to join our growing team.

We specialise in turnkey residential builds, delivering high-quality homes from drawings to handover. Our reputation is built on integrity, service, and results and we’re proud of it.

The Role:

Conduct in-home and on-site surveys for potential clients across the country

Present Eternal Homes’ full build offering in a clear and engaging way

Manage a pipeline of warm leads and close new business

Collaborate closely with our in-house design and planning team

Maintain detailed notes and CRM updates

What You’ll Need:

Previous experience in face-to-face sales or surveying (construction or property sector preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Professionalism, drive, and a self-motivated mindset

A full UK driving licence

Willingness to travel nationwide as required

Building Surveyor – Site Visits & Survey Reporting
Location: Wakefield but nationwide travel required based on jobs

At Eternal Homes, we specialise in delivering high-quality residential construction projects with care, precision, and integrity. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Building Surveyor to help us maintain the highest standards in project planning and execution.

What’s the role?

This is a site-based surveying role. Your job will be to:

Carry out detailed site surveys on upcoming jobs.

Identify any missing details or issues that may have been overlooked during the initial quote visit.

Compile thorough survey files for our in-house team, including:

Required materials

Site access considerations

Drainage/manhole positions

Any other key logistical or technical details

Your work will help ensure our teams arrive fully prepared, and jobs run smoothly from day one.

Who we’re looking for:

Solid experience in residential building, surveying, or site management

A good eye for spotting potential site issues before work begins

Organised and methodical, with strong written and verbal communication

Able to work independently and manage your time effectively

Full driving licence required

This role would suit someone from a site management, building surveyor, or even a multi-skilled trades background who understands how jobs work on the ground and can pre-empt problems before they happen.
